The County of Elgin is deeply saddened by the news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s passing on Thursday, September 8th, 2022. To mourn her loss, flags at all Elgin County facilities have been lowered to half-mast and will remain lowered until the state funeral on Monday, September 19th.
