Elgin County Commissions Development Charges Background Study

The County of Elgin has commissioned a Development Charges Background Study which is now available for public review at www.elgincounty.ca/developmentchargesstudy. A DRAFT Development Charges By-Law will be posted on the website for review in the coming weeks. 

A public meeting will be scheduled for Mid-May 2021 for members of the public to comment on the Background Study and Proposed By-Law. Notice will be given once a date has been selected.
