Notice: Highway 3 Closures for Kettle Creek Foundation Field Investigation

Stantec Consulting Limited, on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO), has scheduled a foundation field investigation for Kettle Creek from April 25th to April 29th, 2024. To accommodate the mobilization and demobilization of the drill rig, full nighttime closures on Highway 3 between Wellington Road and Centennial Avenue will be required.

The anticipated schedule for these closures is as follows:

  • Thursday Night (April 25th): 8 p.m. – 6 a.m.
  • Friday Night (April 26th): 8 p.m. – 8 a.m.
  • Saturday Night (April 27th): 7 p.m. – 9 a.m.
  • Sunday Night (April 28th): 7 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Drilling will take place during the daytime. While these are the planned closure times, the full duration may not be required.
