Resident & Family Council
Residents’ Council “making a difference”
The Resident Council is a self led democratic group comprised of individuals residing within the homes. The Resident Councils meet monthly in each of our homes to discuss upcoming initiatives, areas of concern and ongoing quality improvement. It is an opportunity for residents to collectively discuss areas for improvement within the home and give input and feedback on key areas of care. The Resident Council is a vital part of the decision making process within the homes.
