This is Councillor Mark’s third term on County Council.  He has served prior as the Mayor of Malahide and the Mayor of Central Elgin.

Councillor Marks belongs to the Southwestern Public Health, Joint Elgin/Central; Elgin Accessibility Advisory, and the Terrace Lodge Building committees.
