Elgin County Library in partnership with the West Elgin Community Health Centre and VON Middlesex-Elgin offers you Books2Go, a FREE service provided in West and East Elgin that delivers library materials to your door.
Are you home bound or will you be temporarily home bound?
Recovering from a hospital stay, unable to drive or temporarily without transportation? Are you uncomfortable leaving your home in poor weather? Are you unable to get to the library due to mobility, sickness or other issues? We can help you receive library materials for you to enjoy if you are home bound.
In partnership with the West Elgin Community Health Centre’s Friendly Visitor Program and VON Middlesex-Elgin, they will ensure you receive the library materials you’ve requested.
At this time, Books2Go is available to West Elgin, Dutton-Dunwich, and East Elgin residents of any age and is being delivered through the John Kenneth Galbraith Reference Library and the Aylmer Old Town Hall Library.
